What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clinical staff and administrators
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, registered nurses, and rehabilitation teams to assess patient care needs and recommend solutions
- Drive growth through new business development and maintain relationships with existing accounts
- Educate stakeholders on the value of the employer as a trusted partner in healthcare
- Manage territory effectively, including scheduling, travel, and meeting performance goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of sales experience, or a clinical background with an interest in sales
- Experience in the medical or rehabilitation field is a strong plus; occupational therapists, physical therapists, and registered nurses are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-starter attitude with a commitment to service excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/contact management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in healthcare sales or experience working in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with medical equipment and rehabilitation products
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing customer relationships
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
