      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed sales targets through key account closes and competitive conversions in the healthcare market
      - Communicate and utilize clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
      - Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
      - Manage relationships with key stakeholders within targeted accounts
      - Execute effective territory and account planning, including pre and post-call strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience; healthcare industry experience preferred
      - Self-motivated and able to work independently with a competitive and strategic mindset
      - Willingness to travel overnight and work weekends or evenings (approximately 25-35% of the time)
      - Proficient in Microsoft programs; experience with CRM systems recommended

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in wound care or surgical markets is a plus
      - Additional experience in Business to Business sales is helpful
