      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategies to increase product utilization within key accounts in the Gastroenterology therapeutic area
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with Gastroenterologists, nurses, and other healthcare personnel
      - Collaborate with district colleagues and other teams to address customer needs and market trends
      - Participate in industry-related congresses, local meetings, and medical conferences to support sales success
      - Demonstrate advanced clinically-based selling skills and maintain compliance with all policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or advanced education/certifications is a plus
      - At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a subcutaneous self-injectable biologic specialty market
      - Proven success in complex markets with diverse customer segments
      - Experience in in-servicing and training office staff, nurses, and office managers
      - Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories

      - Demonstrated passion for science and proactive learning regarding disease states and treatment options
      - Proven success navigating large groups and institutional settings such as Ambulatory Surgery Centers
