What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategies and execute tactics within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
- Establish and foster strong working relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and other personnel to proactively address customer needs
- Analyze market dynamics and trends to support brand and corporate objectives
- Engage in initiatives to promote sales success, including attending industry-related congresses and medical conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications is a plus
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology market or a similar specialty market
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets across diverse customer segments
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
- Must reside within the listed territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in dermatology is preferred
- Strong understanding of disease-state and treatment options related to the specialty market
