      The Position

      As Medical Value Partner you will be Squad member leading the development and is accountable for the implementation of the medical strategy, as a part of the brand integrated strategy that ensures better outcomes for patients by being timely diagnosed and treated, becoming the preferred choice of our stakeholders, supporting access through customer centricity.

      Your main responsibilities will be:

      • Leads the medical aspects of the brand/ therapeutic areas local strategy, ensuring alignment with the Global strategy and Personalized Healthcare (PHC) aspiration, but tailoring it to local context (hurdles, gaps, opportunities, patient journey and needs) keeping a clear focus on purpose.

      • Contributes to access and commercial components of the integrated strategy.

      • Clearly defines medical objectives.

      • Key contributor to the value proposition.

      • Active participation in the generation of comprehensive, articulated and impactful programs including education, scientific communication, evidence generation tactics, and customer (internal + external) collaboration.

      • Preferred partner for being recognized as an expert and being reliable, and because of the high quality and value he brings.

      • Customer centric in their interactions.

      • Acts as an ambassador of Roche in strategic, above brand areas.

      • Has a holistic view of Roche, and has the ability to inspire and shape the environment.

      • Engages in a meaningful way with relevant global and regional communities, participating actively (through sharing experiences and engaging in working groups) and advocating the value of networks and collaboration.

      Requirements:

      • If you have a Medical degree, with experience in the pharma industry (preferred) in medical areas in similar positions and also meets the following requirements.

      • Strong communication skills, able to inspire and influence

      • Fluent in English

      • Collaborative, team-worker, able to focus and prioritize in uncertain and changing environments, strategic mindset, results oriented.

      • Excellent interpersonal skills.

      • Desirable: skilled in Real World Evidence (RWE), digital tools for customer engagement, experience in working with agile methodologies, experience in working in cross-functional teams

      • Valued: knowledge in Real World Evidence (RWE), digital.
