      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle 40+ inbound calls daily from Medicare members in a high-volume call center environment
      - Record details of inquiries, comments, or complaints, and take appropriate action
      - Escalate unresolved customer grievances and interpret area/department policies
      - Work within defined parameters to meet work expectations and quality standards
      - Follow standard policies and practices while exercising independent discretion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must currently reside in Puerto Rico
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
      - Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer service and attention to detail
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
      - Prior experience effectively communicating with customers and managing multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree
      - Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience
      - Previous healthcare experience
