      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inquiries from medical providers related to Medicare Part A and Part B topics
      - Educate customers on coverage, claim submission, and self-service options
      - Research and resolve inquiries using multiple systems to provide clear and accurate responses
      - Maintain knowledge of Medicare processing systems and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
      - Support other departments as needed to meet performance requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in health insurance or Medicare claims
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Medicare Part A and/or Part B program guidelines
      - Familiarity with insurance, medical coding, and medical terminology
      - 1 or more years of customer service experience in Home, Health, and Hospice (HH&H) or claims processing
