      - Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of health insurance/managed care experience in Appeals and Grievances functions
      - Three years of experience in customer service, call center, or claims processing in managed care
      - Ability to converse and collaborate effectively with physicians and physician personnel
