      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct direct outreach to new Medicare members, providing personal assistance with their MAPD, DSNP, and MMP plans
      - Serve as the member's navigator during the onboarding process, addressing plan questions and anticipating potential issues
      - Log all contacts in a database to maintain accurate records
      - Participate in member engagement workgroups to address and anticipate Medicare member needs
      - Attend regular member benefits training with the health plan to enhance advocacy and engagement skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer advocacy, and/or healthcare systems
      - Experience conducting intake, interviews, and/or research of consumer or provider issues
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with members, providers, and team members
      - Basic understanding of managed healthcare systems and Medicare

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
      - Experience with Medicare and Medicare managed plans such as MAPD, DSNP, and MMP
