- Lead delivery of workflow process improvements and enhancements related to these materials.
- Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization
- Collaborates with partners with other functional business areas to ensure all workflow processes, scope and interdependencies are defined and addressed.
- Collaborate with teammates and partners to drive process improvements and enhancements.
- Influences change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services.
- Collaboratively works across multiple functions and /or segments to obtain agreement from all impacted parties (e.g., up and downstream effects often impact multiple functions and/or segments.
- Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports and improves the team.
- Independently identify and problem solve issues that negatively impact projects and documents, as well as assist others in solutioning.
- 5+ years work experience developing, managing, or reviewing CMS Annual Medicare member materials for a Medicare Advantage health plan. This includes Evidence of Coverage (EOC), Annual Notice of Changes (ANOC), and Summary of Benefits.
- Understanding of CMS Medicare annual materials and Medicare marketing guidelines.
- 5+ years experience managing multiple projects, including keeping track of timelines and deliverables.
- Experience working with IT business partners.
- Prior experience with document management systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Proven ability to work independently, collaborate, and develop alternative solutions to resolve issues under tight timeframes.
- Comfortable making decisions and driving process improvements.
- Strong collaborator who can influence change to improve performance results, workflows, and organization effectiveness.

Position Summary
This position reports to the Director, Medicare Member Materials.
This is an individual contributor role.
Responsible for end-to-end development of annual CMS Medicare member materials. This position will have accountability for managing, writing, and revising materials with document coding technology while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery to production partners.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
