What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct a predetermined number of outbound calls daily to educate Medicare beneficiaries about available benefits and schedule appointments with licensed agents
- Maintain high levels of productivity, enthusiasm, and energy during calls
- Develop a conversational style while mastering outreach workflows and scripts
- Engage effectively with members, identifying their needs and addressing objections
- Track call follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and productivity metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience in a call center setting
- Bilingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages
- Proven ability to meet quotas in a telesales or call center role
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Client Relationship Management systems like Salesforce and multi-dialer phone systems
- Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent work ethic in a remote environment
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and comfort in engaging with others
- Flexibility to work a recurring 40-hour schedule, with occasional hours outside of regular business hours
