      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize expertise in Medicare Advantage and/or Part D to drive business requirements and facilitate client-facing development sessions
      - Produce summary reports that integrate policy and data analyses, identifying gaps and presenting refined prototypes
      - Develop and execute analytic plans while interpreting complex data analyses
      - Communicate CMS policy and regulatory changes to the team, making recommendations for necessary adjustments
      - Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to resolve client issues and ensure effective communication with stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree with 6 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience
      - Knowledge of Healthcare, Medicare Advantage, and/or Part D data and policy
      - Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in capturing requirements and participating in all phases of agile software development
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with management and stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Public Health
      - Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner or SAFe Product Owner are a plus
