- Oversight of all Medicare functions
- Oversight of Medicare access requests/tracking
- Serve as SME for large/priority clients
- Oversight of allocations for all Medicare team members
- Administrator for Medicare vendor systems
- MAC Authorized Signer
- Client interaction, as necessary
- Client meeting agendas and report preparation for update calls, as needed
- Quality Assurance monitoring of Medicare team
- Development and maintenance of internal spreadsheets and databases, as necessary
- Knowledge of and communication regarding issues related to billing
- Training staff, as needed
- Performance reviews of Medicare team
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Experience with Home Health/Hospice/ Skilled Nursing EMR systems is ideal
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and an aggressive approach to excellence
- Provide excellent customer service to peers, management, and clients at all times
- Strong quantitative and analytic skills, Initiative to problem solve
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing working environment
Medicare Manager
SimiTree is looking for an outstanding Medicare Manager to join our Revenue Cycle Management team to assist with providing quality outsourcing engagements for our customers in the post-acute industry. The Medicare Manager will have oversight of all Medicare functions and is responsible for the strategic vision of the Medicare Team. The Medicare Manager will support the Medicare team to ensure timely, accurate submission and payment of Medicare invoices. Additionally, the Medicare Manager will support the members of his/her project team and demonstrate both leadership and resourcefulness.

Salary range/ Benefits :
$75,000- $85,000
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
