      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with Medicare consumers to sell and enroll them in suitable health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans
      - Handle inbound calls to maximize sales opportunities and provide excellent customer service
      - Maintain compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) while managing Protected Health Information (PHI)
      - Be available during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 - December 7) to drive sales and maximize earnings
      - Utilize multiple web browsers and a dual-screen setup to efficiently navigate sales tools and resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
      - Prior inside sales experience preferred, with the ability to multitask while engaging with customers
      - Commitment to working during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 - December 7)
      - Strong ability to navigate and operate multiple web browsers across a dual-screen setup
      - Access to secure, hardwired high-speed internet and a private, distraction-free home office space

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Medicare sales or insurance-related services
      - Familiarity with telesales and customer engagement strategies
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively
