What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales while meeting sales goals and metrics.
- Interact with customers, external business partners, and the community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions.
- Conduct grassroots marketing and field sales community events, and visit prospects in their homes.
- Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on services in a field setting.
- Participate in appointments and events that may vary on nights and weekends.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members in the field.
- Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to the start date.
- Experience with technology, including high-level use of laptops and mobile applications, and understanding of CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook.
- Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with specified limits.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint.
- Experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language.
