- Active Michigan Health & Life Insurance licenses
- 2+ years of Medicare sales experience
- Prior experience with proficiency in MS Office products, various CRM platforms, and various iPhone app capabilities
- Prior experience in public speaking and conducting presentations
- Community Engagement/Grassroots experience in marketing Medicare plans in the community
- This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
- Must reside in the Detroit, MI area
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience leading a team of sales associates and train them in successful sales techniques, educational presentation skills, utilizing technology tools as well as building relationships with communities and medical providers
- 2+ years of sales management experience
- Prior experience in the health solutions industry
- Prior experience with medical, life insurance and dental product positioning
- Bilingual in both English and an additional language with the ability to speak, read and write without limitations or assistance
- Upon offer acceptance you must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certificate(paid for by Humana)
- Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.

The Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales leads an internal sales team while also responsible for support and growth of External Partner Production. The Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, MarketPoint Sales will supervise Medicare Sales Representatives who sell the portfolio of products offered to the Medicare population. In this role you be responsible for leading a team of 10-12 career sales agents and more generally a large contingent of independent/contracted agents to achieve sales/membership growth targets for your team’s aligned territory. Additional responsibilities will include: providing ongoing training to ensure product, compliance, sales processes and branding opportunities; monitoring sales results and trends; developing and tracking administrative and marketing budgets for the team; engaging with value-based providers and working with provider engagement and contracting teams to promote provider engagement with Humana; and ensuring compliance and marketing guidelines associated with Medicare regulations are adhered to.Required QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
