What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct telephonic outreach activities for members applying or recertifying for Medicaid programs
- Collaborate with government offices to complete application and recertification process accurately
- Secure documentation for Medicaid/MSP renewal applications if needed
- Ensure adherence to state requirements and secure supporting documentation
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while maintaining quality standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of related experience with direct consumer interaction
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- Strong subject matter expertise of Medicaid programs regulations and industry standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluent in Spanish (speak, read, and write)
- Case management experience or related experience/intermediate
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong desire to help and make a difference
