- Responsible for enterprise meetings and events for internal and external audiences. From inception through completion, the Meetings & Events Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of meetings and events included but not limited to: Annual Company Retreat including State of the Business and Market Plan events, Distributor Council Meetings, Leadership Alignment Meetings, All Company Meetings, Site-specific Family Picnics, and other large format events as necessary.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of meetings and events planning and logistics. Serve as the main point of contact for on-site event activities, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing participant experiences through effective coordination and problem-solving.
- Partner with Communications Team on event-cycle communications needs
- Collaborate with the Executive Team and Marketing team to ensure event plans are aligned with overall company reputational strategy, marketing strategies and brand presence.
- Establish strong project management and tracking systems to ensure all planning stays aligned with designated event timelines, and all meetings and events stay within designated budgets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including department leadership, vendors, site culture teams, hospitality teams & others to ensure the successful execution of events
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for events and provide regular reports on event success, ROI, and attendee feedback for both internal and external events.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging event technologies to continuously enhance event experiences and maintain our leadership position within the industry.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional meetings and events or relevant work experience
- Advanced computer proficiency
- Proven budget management experience
- Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Meetings & Event Manager
This position is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of large format company meetings and events, from inception to completion, ensuring all meetings and events meet desired objectives and user-experiences for internal and external audiences. Responsibilities include high-level planning and design ideation, overseeing project timelines and budgets, cross-functional collaboration and communication, vendor negotiations, on-site leadership, and post-event reporting. This position will partner closely with the Communications team and Executive Team to enhance user-experience on all planned events.
Ideal candidate would reside within striking distance of our Fort Collins, CO or Comstock, MI brewery.

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $82,000.00
