- Leadership of the Meetings CoE team, ensuring the team are working within the broader PS&O (Performance, Strategy & Operations) vision.
- Creation and execution of Meetings CoE plan, aligned to broader business objectives, including effective partnering with business units and above country functions to aid implementation.
- You will be required to co-ordinate resource requirements and alignments across External Engagements, Materials and Rebate area.
- Oversight of key third parties engaged to support External Engagements and Materials, including third party risk management and partnering with procurement for negotiations and contracting.
- You will establish and lead key networks to understand how Meetings CoE processes are utilised, identify pain points and design appropriate course(s) of action to address these.
- Develop and maintain management monitoring framework for Meetings CoE key processes.
- A bachelor’s degree with proven experience in HCPE strategy & execution
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with proven experience of leading and developing high performing teams
- Results driven with a passion for excellence in execution & moving projects forward
- Strong ability to influence without authority and manage multiple stakeholders across different teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions
- Strong knowledge of the ABPI code
- Project management experience
We are looking for a Meetings Centre of Excellence Manager who is responsible for leading our HCPE strategy and implementation across GSK UK. External expert engagement has never been more important, as we aim to tailor engagement solutions to customer preferences in order to build advocacy.
This role will report directly into the Omnichannel Transformation Lead. This role will require a close working relationship with the commercial and medical organisation in addition to key enabler functions such as tech, business insights, capabilities- and the global/regional team.
