What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and execute communication initiatives to improve member engagement and retention
- Develop content and manage regulatory reviews and approvals for communications
- Collaborate with business partners, health plans, and vendors on communication initiatives
- Utilize multi-channel approaches, including web, direct mail, email, and text for effective communication
- Leverage market data and research insights to develop engagement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or Consumer Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Communications, Marketing, or Consumer Experience
- Strong project management skills to meet compliance regulations and timelines
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience in the healthcare industry or with member engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with various communication channels and content development strategies
- Proven ability to analyze market data and research insights for strategic initiatives
