      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and analyze data on member needs and experiences to drive actionable insights for enhancing the member journey
      - Manage the Voice of the Customer/Member (VOC) program and collaborate with various departments to align member-focused strategies
      - Review and track Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other experience metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
      - Conduct primary research, including member interviews and feedback collection, to gain insights on member perceptions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall member experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution or in customer research-focused roles
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret research and communicate insights effectively
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
      - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience creating and sharing dashboards or data visualizations
      - Outstanding presentation skills and a passion for member advocacy
      - Ability to derive insights from both structured and unstructured data sources
      - Experience in quality assurance or monitoring member interactions to ensure service consistency
      - Familiarity with Voice of the Customer (VOC) best practices and platforms
