What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-touch member support via phone, email, and live video (Zoom) to ensure a seamless experience
- Lead virtual onboarding sessions to assist members with app issues and complex investment transfers
- Maintain proactive communication with members regarding the status of their financial transactions
- Manage a high volume of inquiries with a focus on clarity and responsiveness
- Document member feedback and collaborate with product teams to enhance service offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing support role within financial services
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a Registered Investment Advisor, Broker/Dealer, or Wirehouse
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
- Proven track record in building rapport and trust with clients
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience facilitating investment rollovers, ACH, and ACAT transfers
- Mastery of help desk software and multi-channel support workflows
- Experience providing professional support via video conferencing tools
- Strong time management skills to balance live interactions with administrative tasks
