      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely, professional, and friendly customer app support to members
      - Utilize strong technical knowledge to assist members with investment transfers and money movements
      - Ensure high-quality member interactions through effective communication and follow-up
      - Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries and app troubleshooting issues
      - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve internal support tools based on member feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience providing technical support in the financial services industry
      - Strong analytical and data-oriented approach to problem-solving
      - Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and take accountability for results
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
      - Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and master new tools and systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting investment account rollovers, electronic, ACH, and manual transfers
      - Familiarity with help desk ticketing platforms and messaging inbox management
      - Previous experience with phone support, including chat and screen share walkthroughs
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
      - Passion for helping individuals achieve their financial goals
