What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate seamless onboarding, setting up new members quickly and efficiently for long-term success
- Communicate consistently with assigned members through video, phone, and digital channels
- Drive adoption of services and programs to increase member engagement and revenue
- Guide members in leveraging tools to grow sales, reduce costs, and improve profitability
- Identify, prospect, and recruit new retailers into membership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Member Support
- Interpersonal skills with a focus on customer support and follow-through
- Comfortable communicating professionally via email, phone, and virtual platforms
- Proven ability to manage client accounts, drive outcomes, and support member expectations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Furniture, Mattress, Appliance, Electronics, or Bedding industries (retail or manufacturing)
- Exposure to onboarding processes, account management, or client success initiatives
- Demonstrated experience driving sales growth, service adoption, or member engagement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to provide actionable recommendations to members
- Proven skill in managing multiple accounts and projects with limited supervision
