      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
      - Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate to the appropriate team member
      - Adhere to and reinforce the employer's standard operating procedures and HIPAA training guidelines
      - Maintain a professional demeanor while providing empathetic support to callers
      - Perform other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED is required
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship
      - Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism
      - Ability to adhere to a pre-determined work schedule, including planned breaks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Call center experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Experience working from home in a remote capacity
      - Fluency in Spanish
      - Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
