What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for Members accessing behavioral health services
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about the employer's operations and services
- Complete intake documentation for Members accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) to assist Members with transportation
- Address Member complaints and initiate the Grievance and Complaint process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of one year of experience in mental health and/or human services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based PC applications
- Previous customer service and data entry experience, preferably in a call center environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of behavioral health experience
- Ability to respond sensitively to Member inquiries
- Experience in a call center environment
