What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from members and care coordinators
- Demonstrate high levels of member service, data entry, and problem-solving
- Resolve member concerns regarding membership benefits and portal support
- Manage and resolve web support tickets and live chats from members
- Educate members on available services and act as a liaison between members and other departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two (2) or more years of call center experience
- Previous experience working with health insurance or in a healthcare environment
- Strong data entry skills and computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
