What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the overall membership program including recruitment, renewal, and retention efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and prospective members through various communication channels
- Develop and implement membership promotional campaigns to boost engagement and sales
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Coordinate membership events and special member-only activities to enhance the member experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or membership sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with membership management software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for wildlife conservation and education, with a desire to promote the employer's mission
