      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect clients' insurance information for billing purposes
      - Review and submit insurance claims
      - Post insurance payments and ensure the accuracy of client account information
      - Investigate and resolve billing issues by communicating with insurance companies or clients
      - Directly interact with clients to address inquiries about their accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AA or certification in medical billing with a proven track record of relevant experience in mental health or medical billing
      - Availability to work a schedule between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. (PST)
      - Proficient with computers and EHR programs such as TherapyNotes or Simple Practice
      - Knowledge of HIPAA and adherence to legal and confidentiality guidelines for working with PHI
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a mental health or medical billing environment
      - Ability to accept correction, training, and feedback well
      - A strong work ethic and reliability
