  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
  - Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
  - Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restocking and cleaning
  - Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates
  - Process corporate directives related to store activities
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Prior retail and management experience is preferred
  - Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
  - Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet physical demands of the role
  - Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
  - Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in a management role within a retail environment
  - Familiarity with merchandising and inventory management processes
  - Experience in training and developing team members
