What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in a 12-month development program that includes technical and sales training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor innovative solutions for utility needs
- Contribute to customer presentations and engage with various stakeholders
- Gain practical experience in smart utilities, IoT devices, and advanced water solutions
- Build relationships with team members to shape efficient Smart Utility systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
- Recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a STEM discipline
- Flexibility for 60-70% travel within the designated territory
- Knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Strong analytical and communication skills
