      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and secure new lines of business within targeted accounts, focusing on the employer's Profile and Engagement solutions
      - Recruit, coach, mentor, and lead a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets
      - Develop effective sales strategies and collaborate with solutions consulting teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations
      - Build and grow relationships with industry leaders to generate sales opportunities and new business
      - Ensure smooth sales department operations, including accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space
      - 10+ years of overall experience in software selling required
      - Experience selling to CIOs, CDOs, and CMOs is required
      - Knowledge of large, complex sales models and experience selling emerging technologies highly desired
      - Strong presentation skills and executive presence with influencing capabilities
