What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and maintain scalable Microsoft Exchange Online environments
- Implement and manage compliance solutions to ensure regulatory adherence
- Develop automation scripts and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance email management
- Monitor system performance and collaborate with cybersecurity teams on incident response
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring a seamless email experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise email systems, specifically Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
- Hands-on experience with Proofpoint Email Protection and PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with compliance requirements within healthcare or academic IT environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Proofpoint Certified Specialist (PCS)
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification
- Experience in healthcare or academic IT environments
