      Job Description:

      Job Summary: The Microsoft Sales Engineer is a professional who designs and implements cloud-based communication solutions using Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, SIP Solutions, and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Solutions. They work with clients, partners, and internal teams to understand the business requirements, challenges, and goals of the communication scenarios, and provide the best cloud solutions.

      Key Responsibilities (Included, but not limited to):
      • Analyzing and evaluating the current communication infrastructure and processes of the clients and partners, and identifying the gaps and opportunities for improvement.
      • Designing and proposing cloud-based communication solutions using Microsoft Teams & Cisco Webex Calling, such as voice, video, chat, conferencing, and collaboration, for a more optimal communication solution.
      • Developing and testing the cloud solutions using all available platforms, and ensuring the quality, performance, security, and reliability of the solutions.
      • Work with product and sales to ensure an integration of AI into the customer communication platform to help create better digital assets with customer data.
      • Providing guidance and support for the adoption and change management of Cloud Voice Solutions
      • Staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices of cloud-based communication solutions around Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex Calling
      • Provide training to Customers & Sales on all communication solutions.
      • Produce Statements of Work (SOWs) for calling solutions, detailing the scope, timeline, and budget for contact center implementations.


      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or commensurate experience).
      • 3 - 5 years experience in UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
      • Experience in communication and collaboration solutions, preferably with Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex , or CCaaS Solutions.
      • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing policies.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Calling features and capabilities, such as Operator Connect, Direct Routing, Calling Plan, Audio Conferencing, and Teams Devices
      • Knowledge of communication and collaboration technologies and protocols, such as SIP, VoIP, PSTN, SBC, CCaaS, and QoS
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Microsoft Licensing certifications are strongly preferred.
