      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit and manage a high-performing sales team to meet productivity metrics
      - Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth in the region
      - Collaborate with Sales Engineering for effective product demonstrations
      - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
      - Forecast revenue performance to executive leadership through disciplined deal inspection

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located in Chicago, IL
      - Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software solutions
      - At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business acquisition
      - Strong hunter mentality with experience in demand generation and customer acquisition
      - Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of translating technical features into business value

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
      - Experience managing and closing complex sales transactions over $100K+
      - Proven ability to establish relationships with executive-level customers and partners
