      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets
      - Develop and execute account strategies that drive new business and customer retention
      - Collaborate with Sales Engineering for impactful product demonstrations and technology validations
      - Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue through disciplined deal inspection
      - Build and nurture relationships with existing channel partners and seek new partnerships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Located in Dallas, TX
      - Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
      - At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
      - Demonstrated success in closing complex sales with multiple buying influences
      - Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical features into business value

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
      - Experience managing and closing deals valued at $50K+ and higher transactions above $100K+
      - Proven ability to establish strong relationships with executive-level partners and customers
