      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit and hire a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines
      - Manage and enable team members to achieve key productivity metrics and sales milestones
      - Drive pipeline generation through collaboration with field sales, marketing, and partners
      - Develop and execute an account strategy to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
      - Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue accurately to executive leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in security, networking, or software sales
      - At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business development
      - Demonstrated success in managing teams that create demand and acquire new customers
      - Proven ability to close complex sales with multiple stakeholders in emerging solution categories
      - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical features as business value

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
      - Experience managing and closing deals valued at $50K and above, including transactions over $100K
      - Established relationships with executive-level partners and customers
