  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and implement modular, composable primitives and APIs to manage a diverse portfolio of energy resources
  - Understand and apply energy industry rules, regulations, and standards in software design
  - Collaborate with internal experts to translate market dynamics into maintainable production code
  - Contribute to the engineering roadmap, vision, and goals of the organization
  - Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2+ years of software engineering industry experience
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  - Experience designing durable data models and managing them at scale
  - Proficiency in cloud-native application design and development using APIs, containers, and infrastructure-as-code
  - Strong background in system architecture and translating complex business domains into scalable systems

  - Experience with data infrastructure scaling and complex automation for internal stakeholders
