      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue and market share growth for CSR Single-Use Systems
      - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with biopharma, vaccine, and cell/gene therapy companies
      - Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support
      - Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process
      - Represent the employer at customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree is a plus
      - Minimum of 5 years' consultative sales experience in capital equipment, single-use systems, or related bioprocessing technologies
      - Knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and operations, focusing on single-use technologies
      - Strong ability to influence decision-makers across various functions
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
      - Prior Lean/Six Sigma experience
