Military Recruiter - Retired Military Preferred
Remote Position
We are looking for experienced recruiters from all industries who are ready to build something of their own. Whether your background is in corporate recruiting, personnel, healthcare, technology, finance, the military, or another field, your ability to identify, connect with, and develop talented people can translate into a rewarding new opportunity.

Responsibilities
Identify and connect with high-potential candidates from various industries.
• Conduct interviews and clearly explain the career opportunity.

• Mentor and support your team as you build your own agency.
• Promote recruiting opportunities through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage your schedule and recruiting activities independently from home.
