      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop industry-specific knowledge and experience in preparation for the Outside Sales Representative role
      - Train in various departments including yard operations, production, dispatch, and inside sales
      - Accompany Outside Sales Representatives or Sales Managers on customer calls to learn effective sales techniques
      - Handle inside sales responsibilities such as answering phones, taking orders, and processing transactions
      - Perform various Outside Sales duties, including conducting take-offs and making sales calls to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
      - 0-2 years of related industry operations or sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Willingness to learn and adapt to various sales and operational functions
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales or customer service within the building materials industry
      - Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices
      - Knowledge of building materials and construction processes
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
