What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and respond to safety and abuse incident reports involving minors on the employer's platform
- Conduct investigations into behavioral abuse and threat actors to understand techniques and impacts
- Participate in a high-velocity analytic workflow, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Prepare written analytic products, presentations, and strategic insights for senior leadership
- Mentor team members, providing feedback and training to enhance performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Behavioral Abuse/Influence Operations investigations
- Strong investigative skills with experience analyzing information from various sources, including social media
- Background in analytic/intelligence writing and effective communication
- Proven ability to liaise between teams and senior management while ensuring quality control
- Developed understanding of the intelligence cycle and techniques for ensuring objectivity and relevance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support global operations
- Familiarity with the interaction between online threatening behavior and physical security incidents
- Strong strategic and investigative skills in writing finished investigative products
