- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders; including executives, sales teams, and account managers.
- Drive revenue growth through the channel by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products and services, and supporting sales efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks within the channel.
- Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, pricing, and incentives to maximize mutual profitability and success.
- Lead joint business planning sessions, QBRs, and other strategic meetings with Insight Enterprises to drive mutual growth and success.
- Mentor, provide guidance, train, and support as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums to promote the brand and build relationships within the channel ecosystem.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 6+ years of directly related experience.
- Channel Experience with a focus on Mobility Products.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel partnerships and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of technology products and services, particularly in the IT industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 25% of the time)
