Job Description
- Req#: 11499
- 5 years of experience with an MDM solution, preferably
- 5 Years of experience documenting business processes and creating process documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory and application deployment using MDM
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in written form to non-technical business users
- Overall understanding of Microsoft, Apple, and Android operating systems
Assignments are:
• Help architect the Intune solution to manage all mobile devices issued by the City.
• Manage the initial onboarding of devices to Intune.
• Assist with testing, documenting, and training business areas on the Intune solution.
• Help migrate existing mobile devices to Intune.
• Act as an escalation point for service desk for Intune and mobile device issues.
