      Mobilisation Manager

      Xyla Elective Care (Part of Acacium Group)

      Permanent, Full Time

      Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

      Homebased with monthly travel to the London Office and National site visits as part of mobilisation process

      £40,000 - £45,000 Per Annum (D.O.E) + Competitive Annual Bonus

      Due to an internal promotion we have an exciting new role as our Mobilisation Manager where you will be accountable for the day-to-day management of new insourcing contracts. You will work as part of our National Mobilisation team, whilst ensuring all new services are set up in the agreed timeframes, ensuring the service will be well led, being safe, effective, and performing for our customers.

      You will be client facing with contract mobilisation management responsibility, liaising with clinicians, senior managers and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective set up of each of your designated contracts. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that the contracted quality, operational and commercial KPIs are being delivered for each contract, to the benefit of our patients and our client relationships.

      Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Elective Care are a national elective care specialist working with over 80 NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Systems nationwide. Our services support the NHS in meeting elective care targets by providing referral management and clinical capacity solutions across primary and secondary care. We develop long-term strategic partnerships built on integrity and trust, supported by a robust clinical governance framework. Our optimised clinical pathways deliver positive patient experiences and excellent clinical outcomes.


      Everyday you will..
      .

      • Support the mobilisation of a diverse portfolio of clinical insourcing services into customers, ensuring the highest clinical and operational standards are always met whilst ensuring all contracts start on time and at full capacity.
      • Attend site visits as part of the mobilisation process for each contract, Leading on meetings to ensure the correct operational, quality and governance information is gathered, and fed into operational processes and mobilisation documentation and that all actions are documented
      • Work with the Head of Mobilisation, Chief Nurse and Head of Nursing to manage any risk and ensure all staff placed are appropriately experienced and skilled to deliver the high standards of care we expect, as well as ensuring all staff meet all framework and an internal compliance requirement.
      • Interact with NHS clients and actively promote the capabilities of Xyla Elective Care's services across all specialties, commercially expanding our organisational footprint growing through potential business development opportunities.
      • Ensure all contracts are mobilised in line with commercial expectations, as per our contractual pricing by ensuring staffing costs are within or below budget.

      To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

      • Experience working as a Project Manager (PMO), Mobilisation Manager or Contracts Manager and dealing with insourcing contracts within this
      • Clear and effective communication with a track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships as part of a multi-disciplinary team
      • Expertise in managing complex multi-organisational projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment
      • Excellent I.T. and Microsoft Office package skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines
      • Good knowledge of Route To Treatment, Access Targets and current commissioning landscapes within healthcare
