      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Examine, evaluate, and process assumption/release of liability requests per applicable laws and guidelines
      - Coordinate the processing from origination through disposition to minimize mortgage portfolio risk
      - Provide detailed information to members regarding assumption/release of liability requests and related servicing questions
      - Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Analyze and resolve discrepancies related to member accounts or loans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of CFPB servicing rules and NCUA requirements
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in a team environment
      - Essential skills in comprehending and communicating complex legal documents
      - Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
      - Basic research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
      - Working knowledge of credit union operations and processes
      - Familiarity with NCUA regulations governing business unit activities
      - Understanding of products and services related to the business unit
