What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain long-term partnerships with mortgage brokers to drive business growth
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through sales initiatives and marketing efforts
- Educate brokers on loan submission procedures, underwriting processes, and compliance requirements
- Resolve conflicts between brokers and the bank while maintaining strong relationships
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training for team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in the field or related area; prior management experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to spelling and grammar
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor and credibility in all interactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and applications
