What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to customers who are behind on home loan payments, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
- Assess customers' financial situations and collaborate to find suitable solutions for payment delinquency
- Utilize negotiation skills to establish feasible payment plans while adhering to company policies
- Accurately document all customer interactions and agreements to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Educate customers on the importance of timely payments and available resources to support them
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in collections or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technologies, including Microsoft systems and proprietary software
- Fluent in Spanish
