      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and send initial and revised mortgage disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal timelines
      - Review disclosure packages for accuracy and completeness prior to delivery
      - Monitor the disclosure pipeline to ensure deadlines are met
      - Communicate regularly with branch personnel regarding due dates and outstanding items
      - Assist in managing the Compliance Department's email inbox and respond to internal questions related to disclosures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in mortgage operations or compliance preferred
      - Working knowledge of TRID, RESPA, TILA, and other mortgage-related regulations
      - Strong attention to detail and time management skills
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with mortgage software systems
      - Familiarity with compliance processes in the mortgage industry
