What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inquiries from team members via phone, email, and Helpdesk Ticketing Software
- Monitor and interpret loans using ComplianceAnalyzer to ensure adherence to regulations
- Conduct timely research to provide accurate responses to compliance-related inquiries
- Review disclosures for accuracy and compliance with TRID requirements
- Stay updated on changes in state and federal regulations affecting mortgage lending
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience in the mortgage industry in processing, closing, origination, or compliance-related roles
- Working knowledge of initial and final disclosure practices during loan origination and closing
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to analyze complex information quickly and efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Loan Soft software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set priorities and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
